TIPS TO BE PRODCUTIVE AS SOMEONE WHO LOVES NATURE AND TRAVELING
Hello eveyone, hope you are doing well. Today's post it's going to be a bit different as you can tell. The reason why is because I want to be honest with you'll. Lately I've been so busy with life, health, work, plus I got engaged (which I'm so happy about it), but I've been feeling exhausted and makes me sad I haven't had enough time and energy to go out and share travel guides monthly, I'm sorry for that. But there's something I have learn and I'm putting in practice and has helped me so much to feel better and it might help you as well, that's why I created today's post.
5 THINGS THAT HAS HELP ME TO FEEL BETTER & ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS IN 2026
Because we live in such a busy world it's hard to take or make some time for ourselves. Something that it's helping me lately it's having an schedule that can also be flexible. As imperfect humans, sometime we ask too much from ourselves. For example, I'm someone who needs to be busy all the time to feel prodcutive, but something I have learned it's that there's nothing wrong witht that but also taking some time to rest and do things I enjoy isn't bad neither, that's being productive too, it's call: "YOUR TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF & THAT'S IMPORTANT TOO".
1. TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH: As a girl that has PCOS it's sometimes challenging to feel good every day or even have enough energy, but something that's helping me it's using "Flo Ovarian Support". I have notice a positive change in my energy. I can sleep better and also wake up more energized. Plus I been drinkign spearmint tea evey night and makes me feel so much better, it makes my stomach sleep in peace for some reason.
2. HAVING A BALANCE DIET: I'm someone who loves food, I love veggies so much but I also love a good cesar salad with fries. Before I used to restrict myself from everything I was craving but that didn't do me any good, I ended eating more late at night. So, I have learned to actually love eating whole foods but also accepting when I'm craving something and have it as well, that's a balance. I have been able to eat better and actually feel heatlhier and it even made me lose some weight with not restriction, just learning to have a balance and knowing when to change some options for healthier ones. And also learn to hear my body when it's full and not over eating has help me to sleep better and feel lighter and drinking a lot of water in my favorite YETI bottle makes my skin feel so hydrate it and glow it.
3. DO NOT COMPARE: We live in a world full of social media, but most of the things there aren't even real. We use to compare our bodies, house, financial situation, health and even the way we talk to other's, That's not healthy. A goal I chose for myself this year is to use social media as less as possible and learn to love myself, and instead of comparing to other's, admire them and learn from them without losing my own-self.
4. MOVE YOUR BODY & EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS: At work I'm seating most of the time, but daily I try to move my body as much as I can, specially walking, doing pilates or at least stretching, it makes my body and myself feel better. Also, I'm someone who deals a lot with expressing my emotions of even talking about it. I have tried multiple times write on a journal every day to express my emotions and feelings but that doesn't work with my routine. So since the middle of last year I write in my journal every time I feel like it, no obligation, just when my brain and heart tells me to, with that system I feel I'm being honest with myself and I write more on my journal, not just negative things but also positive things that I'm grateful for. If you are like me, give it a try,
5. DO THINGS THAT YOU LOVE & MAKES YOU HAPPY: I have so many hobbies, I love reading, playing the piano, going for a walk, taking photos, write on my blog, coloring, etc... So, every day I try to do at least one of my hobbies instead of scrolling and I'm loving it. I feel closer to nature because it has made me realize how much it's out there instead of just scrolling, I actually feel I'm enjoying more of life and feels happier.
My recommendation is, try to live in the present and enjoy of life, do not depend on a device or social media to feel fullfill, that's just an ilusion not a reality. Thank you for taking the time to read this article. Love you all...
