Blue waters, sandy beaches, spicy Thai cuisine, and excellent snorkeling and divingare all part of the appeal. … Phuket is also easy to access; it’s a short one-hour flight from all the big-city attractions of Bangkok.

It lies southwest of Sri Lanka and India, about 750 kilometres from the Asian continent’s mainland. The Maldives is famous for a number of reasons, including its vibrant culture, pristine beaches, sprawling greenery, and fascinating landmarks. Apart from the numerous enchanting landmarks, Maldives is also famous for water sports and other adventure activities.

Nearby, Markt square features a 13th-century belfry with a 47-bell carillon and 83m tower with panoramic views. One of the biggest and most famous events taking place each year is the Bruges Chocolate Festival (Choco-Laté), held in April. The festival celebrates everything to do with Belgian chocolate and you’re sure to get plenty of tasty samples.
