Best Destinations in June 2022
What is your favorite destination in June? In this post I will be sharing some destinations, countries that are cheaper to visit in June. In addition, most are to enjoy the summer with your family and loved ones.
Cancun, Mexico
Cancún, a Mexican city on the Yucatán Peninsula bordering the Caribbean Sea, is known for its beaches, numerous resorts and nightlife. It’s composed of 2 distinct areas: the more traditional downtown area, El Centro, and Zona Hotelera, a long, beachfront strip of high-rise hotels, nightclubs, shops and restaurants. Cancun is also a famed destination for students during universities’ spring break period. Cancun is know for white sand beaches, nightlife, water sports, Mayan ruins, nature, and some of the best all inclusive resorts in the world. These are just a few of the things that bring ten million tourists to Cancun, Mexico every year.
Costa Rica
Costa Rica is a rugged, rainforested Central American country with coastlines on the Caribbean and Pacific. Though its capital, San Jose, is home to cultural institutions like the Pre-Columbian Gold Museum, Costa Rica is known for its beaches, volcanoes, and biodiversity. Roughly a quarter of its area is made up of protected jungle, teeming with wildlife including spider monkeys and quetzal birds. Costa Rica is known for its incredible national parks, where tourists can enjoy some thrilling activities like river rafting, canyoning, cave tubing, and zip lining. It’s also one of the best places for animal lovers to discover some interesting wildlife like macaws, sea turtles, and adorable sloths.
Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is a Caribbean island and unincorporated U.S. territory with a landscape of mountains, waterfalls and the El Yunque tropical rainforest. In San Juan, the capital and largest city, the Isla Verde area is known for its hotel strip, beach bars and casinos. Its Old San Juan neighborhood features colorful Spanish colonial buildings and El Morro and La Fortaleza, massive, centuries-old fortresses. Puerto Rico is the world’s leading rum producer; 80% of the rum consumed in the United States hails from the island. There is a counted number bioluminescent bays in the entire world. Puerto Rico is home three bioluminescent bays. Puerto Rico is known for its beautiful beaches, and with 270 miles (434 km) of sandy shores, there’s no shortage on which type of beach you’ll find there. But, it’s not just the amount of beachfront that makes Puerto Rico a favorite Caribbean destination; it is the quality and variety of them.
Florida, USA
Florida is the southeasternmost U.S. state, with the Atlantic on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. It has hundreds of miles of beaches. The city of Miami is known for its Latin-American cultural influences and notable arts scene, as well as its nightlife, especially in upscale South Beach. Orlando is famed for theme parks, including Walt Disney World. Florida is world-renowned for its beach resorts, amusement parks, warm and sunny climate, and nautical recreation; attractions such as Walt Disney World, the Kennedy Space Center, and Miami Beach draw tens of millions of visitors annually.
Canada
Canada is a country in North America. Its ten provinces and three territories extend from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and northward into the Arctic Ocean, covering over 9.98 million square kilometres, making it the world’s second-largest country by total area. Let’s face it, Canada is beautiful; and famously so. From the thundering waters of Niagara Falls – possibly the most famous waterfall in the world – to the rugged peaks of the Canadian Rockies, there is natural beauty in every part of Canada. Canada has the longest coastline in the world, all 125,566 miles of it, has more lakes than any other country and the National Parks are a true natural wonder. Visit any part of Canada and you will experience beautiful, natural landscapes like no other.
