“That was my first trip to NY and my first stay at this hotel. What can I say – I’m in love with NY and I think mostly because of the hotel staff and the service. Each and everyone who works there is incredibly amazing. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The hospitality of the personnel is outstanding. From the managers and chefs to servers and housekeeping staff. I felt like I was back to Europe again but so much better (west coast is sooo different ☹️). The hotel building is beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and the service is just perfect. I could’ve literally spend the whole day describing every minute of my amazing experience at Pierre hotel. I definitely would love to comeback soon. Thank you guys!”

“Exceptional!! This was our first time staying at the Chatwal Hotel and we were impressed! The service is second to none. The room was impeccable and the bathroom was luxurious, as if you were in a spa. The room was serviced twice a day. We ate at their restaurant, Lamb Chops, and it is now one our favorites. Last but not least, the staff; We felt catered to and were treated like Royalty. The concierge was able to get us a dinner reservation at a popular restaurant and gave us great recommendations. We found our new “home” when we visit NYC! Thank You!”

5-star luxury hotel near Empire State Building
We had such a wonderful stay! We felt right at home the entire time. Excellent staff, rooms were so spacious and extra clean. Bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Room service was always delicious. Everything was top notch! Will be recommending to all our friends and family. Thank you again, for such a delightful stay and for helping us extend our stay when we needed to.
